Accordingly, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Minneapolis, MN with respect to all matters relating to your access to or use of this Website and the Content and waive your rights to removal or consent to removal. This User Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
